After months of unsuccessfully tracking Ultrawoman, Walkiria finally gets lucky, having responded to a crime lord's tip regarding the villianess' activities.

Ultrawoman was bad for business, constantly getting in the way of Gino Dinozo's operation as she pursued her own agenda, and the crime boss had, had enough of the interference.

Dinozo's plan was simple but effective. Let the two supers fight it out, and hope the muscle bound redhead could take out that blond bitch Ultrawoman; then he could resume business as usual. Even if she failed and Ultrawoman kicked her ass, it would still mean there was one less super operating in his town, and that served Dinozo's interests almost as well.

As the crime boss saw it, there really was no down side to his plan.
